Primproa, Prime Prospects Africa, is a firm-focused advisory practice. Our mission is to give organisations across Africa advice that stays independent of any vendor decision, and to carry that advice into delivery with quality, security and knowledge transfer built in.

Primproa does not accept vendor commissions, referral fees or exclusive partnership arrangements that would shape our recommendations. Technology and partner choices are assessed against the organisation's operating need, regulatory context and risk appetite.

Our governance principles keep the client in control of decisions: options are scoped and validated before commitment, cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory alignment are reviewed at each stage, and every recommendation is documented so it can be tested by the client's own leaders.

We shape strategy around the operating need, then carry it through architecture, implementation assurance and go-live. Each stage has defined outputs and clear acceptance points.
